So the reason for my reship was because I was concerned that there was a bottle where some of the content was a little low. So I spoke with the seller just to ask the question about is this normal or is this something that the machine basically makes a mistake on. As I was told that there's no machine they hand fill all of their powdered products and she was even nice enough to let me know that yes it was very unusually low. And with a very professional conversation between the both of us she was gladly and gratefully professional about the whole transaction and was very willing after showing pictures of my shipment to resend me another one. I will continue to shop with this company just based off of the transaction I had amongst the owner thank you so much. And I know this is about the reshipment package but I'm talking about a transaction that I had to have reshipped and it went very well.
My mistake during the first order was leaving important info out, the reship helped greatly! I'm very happy they have this as an option! Love all my new liners.
