How To Use: Dampen an eyeliner brush (Sketch Artist Brush recommended) with water and swirl it into the eyeliner until the consistency is liquidity and opaque. Swatch on the back of your hand to test the consistency before application. Removes easily with makeup remover. You can mix the two touching shades to create a custom shade. Once mix them, simply wipe away with a makeup wipe and the split eyeliner will be good as new.
