How to apply: For best results, use a primer or concealer base to insure my loose eyeshadow stay put. You can also use our neon poisons for nail art and face-body paint! They dry matte. For paint, damp your brush. No drips, just slightly damp. Dip your brush inside the poison jar and tap side to side to knock off extra pigment you don't need. then apply by blending back and forth. It will spread effortlessly looking bold without streaks!
 
GLOWS UNDER UV BLACK LIGHT- Very low UV reactive glow.
(Not recommended for sensitive skin)

Hello Color!

I love the colors I got, you can mix them with a little water to make the color pop even more. It dose glow to under a black light! I used it for my Halloween makeup and I got so many people asking about it. best investment i made to my makeup collection
