Experimenting with one drop of Chemical X will transform shimmer eyeshadows to bright waterproof foiled shadows, loose pigments and pressed eyeshadows into matte eyeliner.

HOW TO USE
Start by mixing a drop of Chemical X CMS with any loose or pressed eyeshadow/pigments until the consistency is creamy and smooth. Once the concoction is mixed correctly, apply to the face and body using any brush desirable for the project. Let Chemical X do the mattifying. Waterproof and smudge proof formula! Paired beautifully with our Poison Pastel and Neon pigments.
REMOVE
With a makeup remover formula and sponge, gently wash Chemical X clean from the skin. Afterwards, use face wash and warm water to clean away access makeup.
