It's alright. Not sure my hooded lids lets it dry fully to make it more resistant, but its a fine tip and very pigmented.

I have always used MAC Liquidlast eyeliner but this one is cheaper and just as long lasting. I love it!

Dries out too quickly

Unfortunately this product did not work for me. It dries out very quickly during use, and the ink does not seem to make it to the tip very easily; it tends to gather in the thicker part of the felt. When it isn't dried out, it works great, but it's impossible to use for a whole eye look. I live in a desert with very dry air so perhaps that is the issue? Regardless, I regret buying this product and will not be repurchasing.
