Toxic Waste Hydra Liners: Super-pigmented, some shades can even cover tattoos! Not UV reactive and smudge-resistant, but not fully waterproof.
Question: Can you mix Chemical X (CMS) Cosmetic Mixing Sealant to make it waterproof? Yes, but do not mix Chemical X CMS in the pod! It will harden the hydra eyeliner formula. Instead, mix the eyeliner pod with some water until the consistency is creamy, not too liquity. Then transfer the eyeliner that was mixed with the water to a mixing plate. Add a drop of Chemical X CMS to the plate and mix. Test then apply. Because hydra liners are water soluble, they will not be 100% waterproof but Chemical X CMS will help prolong wear.
