Product sealed itself shut

Honestly this product works just as well as water or even setting spray. When I first got it I used it with the pigments and worked well. Though It was about 2 weeks since I last used it and when I went to open it, the packaging sealed itself so I can't open it to use it. My friend has the sane product and she also hasn't used it in about 2 weeks and she had the same issue. I used setting spray to mix it and I think it worked better than the Chemical X. I haven't even used a quarter of the product so it seem like me money was just wasted down the drain. especially for something that water or setting spray can do. This also isn't the first issue I have has with this brands products.

Doesn't work

I tried mixing it with a water activated liner like they said and it's smudging mote than normal even after I let it dry plus it made the eyeliner super transparent when I put it on

So far, it keeps the makeup on pretty well. I'll have to use it more and return with more details. Personally, I like the texture and application of the liner with just water instead.
