TRACK YOUR PACKAGE

Once you receive an email with your tracking number, enter your tracking number into the "Track Your Package" text box at USPS.com. You can signup for transit and delivery notifications through email and/or text alert.  

(SHIPPING TIME)

All orders ship first class through the United States Postal Service. Once you place an order with us, your confirmation/order number will be sent to your email. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to process then ship. Shipping time may vary due to holiday's and occasional sales. Please track your package through USPS.com or email us for assistance.

Makeup A Murder ships worldwide. We are based in Florida from the United States of America. All orders ship First Class through the United States Postal Service. International shipping typically averages 25-30 business days for your order to arrive once it's been shipped. Shipping has been affected by Covid-19. Please read our Covid-19 update page for more information. Shipping time may vary due to holiday's and occasional sales. Please track your package through USPS.com or email us if you need assistance. Custom fees may apply. Please be aware we are not responsible for additional charges collected from customs.

Customer service will respond within 24 to 48 hours. If you email us Friday after 5pm CST and any time Saturday or Sunday, we will email you back first thing Monday morning.

RESHIP PACKAGE

Need to reship your order due to invalid address? Click the ship package button and add label to cart. Please double check if your address is valid before confirming payment for the new shipping label. If you wish to cancel your order instead, email us your order number and we will process the cancellation. Please be aware the shipping fee does not apply to the refund. We will not issue a refund for any replacement packages. If your original order is lost in transit, email us your order number. Customer support will ask for a new verified address to assure the package arrives. Once we a replacement package has shipped, we are not issuing any refunds. Please read our refund policy for more information.

(REFUND)

Please email us if you wish to cancel your order. If you have an issue with your order, we will refund within 30 days from when the order was received. If your order already shipped, we can process a refund for the product charge but we are not responsible for shipping fees. Shipping fees will not apply to your refund if the order has already shipped. If your order has not shipped, we will process a full refund. If you decline a refund for any missing packages and want us to ship a replacement instead, there is no refund for any replacement packages. We will reship with an agreement that there is no refund given for replacement packages. We ship our products to the customers provided address through USPS with good faith. Please file a claim with USPS for any missing packages.
