Makeup A Murder: Shipping & Returns

Tracking Your Order:

  • Once you receive your confirmation email, you'll find a tracking number you can use on USPS.com for domestic orders or UPS.com for international orders over $50 USD.

Shipping Times:

  • We ship all domestic orders (under $50 USD) via USPS First Class within 3-5 business days of your order.
  • Please allow additional processing time for holidays and sales.
  • Expedited shipping is available for international orders over $50 USD.
  • International shipping typically takes 25-30 business days.

Missing Packages:

  • If you haven't received your package after a reasonable timeframe, visit USPS.com to file a missing mail search.
  • Contact us with the confirmation number so we can assist you further.
  • If your package remains missing after 30 days, we'll reship your order free of charge.

Reshipping Orders:

  • If your order is returned due to an invalid address, you can purchase a new shipping label by contacting us at info@makeupamurder.com.
  • Double-check your address before purchasing a new label.

Refunds:

  • We offer full refunds for orders cancelled within 30 days of receiving them, excluding shipping costs. You can file a claim for shipping refunds directly with USPS.
  • Orders not yet shipped will receive a full refund, including shipping costs.

Returns:

  • Contact customer service to initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • We offer free return shipping labels upon request.
  • Only unopened and unused items in original packaging are eligible for a refund (excluding original shipping cost).
