Once you receive an email with your tracking number, enter your tracking number into the "Track Your Package" text box at USPS.com. International customers who place orders $50+ ship with UPS.com.
All orders ship First-Class through the United States Postal Service. Once you place an order with us, your confirmation/order number will be sent to your email. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to process then ship. Shipping time may vary due to holiday's, an unexpected high volume of orders and occasional sales. Please track your package through USPS.com or email us to investigate your order.
We ship Monday through Thursday. We are closed Friday through Sunday. Orders placed on a Thursday - Sunday will prep for shipping that following Monday. Order's placed Monday - Wednesday ship on Thursday's. Allow 24 - 72 hours for your order to be packaged, taken to USPS or UPS. Once in the care of the postal service, they will scan the packages then direct them to Miami, FL Fulfillment Center to begin shipment to the final destination.
Makeup A Murder, INC ships worldwide. We are based in USA, Florida. We ship all orders First Class through the United States Postal Service which is the most affordable option for all customers. International shipping typically averages 25-30 business days to arrive once the order has been shipped. This does not affect Canadian shipping, they will ship with USPS as normal. Order's under $50 USD ship with USPS. Order's $50+ USD will be shipping with UPS for 3-5 business day shipping. We pay an extra $20+ on top of what the customer pays to ship with UPS to ensure they receive their package no later than 10 business days. Keep in mind, custom departments may hold packages, making the delivery time longer than normal.

USPS international has been taking alternative routes to avoid areas impacted by Covid-19, causing packages to arrive much later than usual due to the inadequate number of workers. Unfortunately it is out of our control when a package is lost or stuck in transit after it's been handed to USPS in good faith. We will take care of you, especially during these tough times. Kindly email us your order number if you need any assistance. We're more than happy to help.

If you can not locate your package visit https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm to file for a missing package search that will notify the United States Postal Service so they can take action right away. The United States Postal Service will send you a confirmation number, which will be needed for our record. Once a search is requested, USPS will keep you updated periodically. If the package is not found within 30 business days, we will reship a new package. Once the original order arrives, you're welcome to keep both packages. We do not replace missing packages after 30 days of being delivered. However, if the package is lost in transit, we will compensate.
Need to reship your order that was sent back to our facility due to an invalid address? Click the ship package button and add label to cart. Please double check if your address is valid before confirming payment for the new shipping label. If you wish to cancel your order instead, email us your order number and we will process the cancellation. Please be aware the shipping fee does not apply to the refund. We will not issue a refund for any replacement packages due to postage already paid to USPS.
Please email us if you wish to cancel your order within 30 days of receiving your order. Shipping fees will not apply to your refund if the order has already shipped. Postage is paid through USPS. Contact your local United States Postal Service to file a claim to receive a shipping refund. If your order has not shipped, we will process a full refund.
Email customer support to notify a package is being returned and why. We only accept returns 30 days after the order has been received. Email us if you need a return label, we will pay for shipping. Once the order is shipped back to us in its original form, we will refund the shipping cost that was paid to ship the contents back to us if we did not already pay for the return label. The original order's shipping cost is nonrefundable. Only the contents that have been returned are acceptable for a refund.
