TOXIC WASTE EYELINER
Toxic Waste Eyeliner is a water-activated cream liner that never cracks under pressure. The unique formula spreads like butter with high pigmentation in one swipe. Designed to be versatile. Investigate the various ways to use aside from eyeliner, such as cream eyeshadow, face paint and even brow pomade. Smudge-proof formula but not waterproof.
You have to be very careful about how much water and mixing medium you put in the tub. If you put too much it can be watery and then difficult to apply. Make sure you really mix it and then I use a different brush to apply it. The colors are awesome! And once you get the texture right it goes on super smooth and looks amazing!!!!
Toxic Waste Eyeliner Collection
So I bought these as a christmas gift and, while I expected delivery import fees, I was met with almost half the amount I paid for these due to UPS extra fees. It actually caused me to enter anxiety attack as I didn't have the money on hand to pay such amount. I was lucky to have someone help me pay. This is the first time I had to buy this much for something in general. Honestly, deters me to buy from here again until another solution is found. It was almost like paying for another product.
As for the Eyeliner themselves, They are fine. I can say the pastel ones lacks pigments, mostly the yellow one. It is not as pigmented as shown in the videos but they are still okay. I was told that the neon eyeliners do cause stinging when applied, I was worried it could have been allergy related but it seems to go away eventually. It's still a bit worrying.
Overall, The product is fine with it's ups and downs. Still beautiful colors. Awful amount of extra fees to pay if you live outside the US though. Would buy again if there's more cheaper shipping solution but will abstain for now.
I have no yet even received the product, but I can't possibly fathom how some eyeliners would ever be worth this price??! I ordered the Toxic Waste Eyeliner Set (roughly $140CAD already), and they chose to ship it with UPS. Now I've gotten notificatuo that UPS is asking for over $55 CAD too for import fees (taxes and "brokerage charges"). Are you kidding me?!?!?! Shipping and now UPS charges are half of what I already paid for some eyeliners. I get some import duties, I do some international buying, but have never experienced exorbitant costs like this. To be honest, even if I love the product when I get it, I will NEVER order from the company again until the either somehow work this in to their price, or find a more economical and reliable shipper. Unfortunately, I think the company will lose alot of potential first time and return buyers because of this.
Just wanted to remind anyone buying from Canada that you'll be charged Duty. I bought this and had to pay $43 CAD in "UPS Customs Brokerage charges " just something to add to how much this will cost you in total
